| Rich Maid Kabinetry, LLC takes
great care in the craftsmanship and selection of materials that go into
each cabinet we make. Accordingly, we offer the following Warranty.
Except as noted below, we warrant to the original consumer purchasers that the Rich Maid Kabinetry purchased will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for as long as they own the cabinetry. Under this Lifetime Limited Warranty, Rich Maid Kabinetry will repair or replace any defective materials at no charge. This Warranty applies to cabinets purchased after October 31, 2003 and extends only to the original purchaser at the original site of installation, purchased through a Rich Maid authorized dealer. This Warranty does not apply to cabinets that are misused, abused, neglected, changed or modified in any way, improperly installed or improperly stored, or subjected to significant change in temperature or humidity. This Warranty applies only to defects and does not apply to the natural aging or mellowing or wood and wood finishes due to photo degradation or to normal wear and tear. This Warranty does not cover the removal of defective material or transportation and installation of replacement material. Components not manufactured by Rich Maid Kabinetry will carry the warranty of the original manufacturer and are subject to availability from the supplier. To make a claim under this Warranty, contact the Rich Maid dealer from whom the cabinetry was purchased. This Warranty is our commitment to you that you will have many years of enjoyable use of your Rich Maid Kabinetry products. |
